WEEKEND UPDATE!!!

Current Music: The background music for Invasion of the Mole People is coming out from the back room.
Today's Random Fact: After only 10 days on the shelf, a pint of donated blood has lost half its oxygen-carrying capacity.

So, where did we leave off? Ah yes, Friday night.

So Saturday I woke up and went to the mall, then met Lyndz at Applebee's for lunch (well, my breakfast, her lunch.) After that I went over Jason's, I mean Mason's, and helped him pick up and tractor he found at a garage sale. The damn thing was heavy. From there it was off to pick up Tyler and we went over my place and picked blackberries. I picked the weeds and he picked the berries. We both got cut up by the thorns pretty bad. Then I took him to Panera to get some food from Eric, then took him home. Finally, I went out with Jason, I mean Mason, and went to one of his friend's houses. They went four wheeling and I sat by the campfire. I went home and showered and eventually went to sleep.

Sunday I woke up and went to church with Lyndz, then out to breakfast with her family. After that we went to her place and fell asleep in the basement. We woke up a little later because she had to go to work, but they called her off at the last minute. So, instead, we went to my place and goofed off. After that we stopped over my Aunt and Uncle's 25th anniversary party and then over to my dad's place to drop off the guys. We got Chinese for dinner, then went to see Pirates of the Caribbean. Well, first we went to Wal-Mart because we needed to kill time, but that's about it. Today I got up and went to work. Hooray. It was kinda slow though, and actually I'm still here writing this. I also got paid to sit and watch an old movie in the backroom. I like this job.

And I’m home.

I showered and ate and started cleaning. In-between, I’ve been hopping online and fielding half-a-dozen calls from my mom. I still have a lot to do, so I’m going to wrap this up.

They mentioned this on the PVP comic I like, so I found it and downloaded it. It’s pretty good. Short and silly, but good. Short Batman Movie

Brian and Joe from MIX 106.5 FM hosted the Rainbow Radiothon this past weekend. I was one of the many people who donated and helped raise $217,143! All that money goes directly to Rainbow, whom, I might add, is the best Children’s Hospital in the Midwest (Ranked 6th Nationwide)

Okay, back to cleaning and paperwork. Later, -T-

I'm sure you saw this story, but it's worth posting the picture again. I think the best part is that the Coast Guard sank it! Can you imagine writing home about that? "Dear Mom, today I sunk a truck." Oh man... Poor Cubans...

I got one of these letters a while back and thought it was real. I felt all special. Shut up.

And finally...

Hahahahahahaha, he's a fudge-packer! Wow, I'm such a child sometimes... -T-

Four beers down and still going strong! It’s time for an UPDATE!

Current Music: Nothing yet, let’s see here... Open up SoundJam, select ‘shuffle’, and press play... Ah here we go: "Ever Rose Has its Thorn" by Guns and Roses
Today’s Random Fact: My dog’s birthday is April 6th.

So, what have you been up to? Me, nothing much. Worked all week, Monday through Friday. Yippee. Monday I ran a shitload of errands before work, and while doing so I left my lunch in the car to roast in the sun. Yeah, I got food poisoning. Yuck. Other then that the week was really uneventful. I cleaned a little and put off doing paperwork a lot. Yup, that’s the week in a nutshell.

So today after work I hurried home and showered and such. I was going to get out really early, but then this lady had to go and crash on us and screw up my Friday night. (Just kidding) She made it and everything worked out well, but I didn’t get out until after 11. I got home and showered and walked the pup, that sort of thing, then RedHot came over. It was really nice to see her. It had been a while! The fact that she looked really hot in that skirt was nice too! All in all it was a nice night. Oh, my dog totally hit on her more then I did. Yup, she’s a lesbian. (Not Redhot! I meant my dog is a lesbian! Man you and such a pervert…)

Hey Timma! I got this link on a mailing list and almost shit myself! Apple took down their site for the Switch ads, but you already know what they were, don’t you? Anywho, go HERE and watch the hilarious parodies. My name is Todd, and I use an iMac.

My buddy CrazyLegs got back from Iraq recently and he sent me a link for some pictures he took, so I’m going to post it go HERE for you to see! CrazyLegs is a Marine, and I am damn proud to know him.

Random Quote: "New Scientist magazine reported that in the future cars could be powered by hazelnuts. That's encouraging, considering an eight-ounce jar of hazelnuts costs about nine dollars. Yeah, I've got an idea for a car that runs on bald eagle heads and Faberge eggs."
- Jimmy Fallon

My Uncle Mike lent me a bunch of books, and they are amazing. They were published a while ago so they’re pretty hard to get a hold of, but if you ever get the chance, read go Barry Sadler’s "Casca" series. They’re a really fast read, but they’re really interesting.

Woah, I just switched over from Coor’s Light ("and Twins!") to Rolling Rock. Um, is this even beer? It doesn’t taste like it. It tastes like something else, but I can’t place it. Hang on, let me keep tasting it... I keep thinking wheat bread, but that’s not it. Something close though. There’s no way I could make a habit out of drinking this stuff, it’s pretty nasty. Boo for Rolling Rock.

Is there anything else to update? I don’t think so. Hope you have a good weekend, and I’ll see you Sunday. Later, -T-
