Howdy everybody. It's been quite a while since we talked hasn't it? It sure has. It's freezing cold outside and if I had a fireplace I'd curl up by it. I guess instead we'll have to curl up together with a nice warm UPDATE!

Current Music: A frigid polar wind is howling outside.
Today's Random Fact: Indians living in the Andes mountains have three quarts more blood than people living at sea level.

So, It’s one of my few days off, and I've done nothing today. It's been glorious. I've slept a ton, read a lot, and even watched a little TV. I really should study and clean, but today I enjoyed a ME day. But yeah, I'm reading Deception Point by Dan Brown. Being that it's set in the arctic, and I have to walk my dog outside in the -15 degree wind, I can relate. The Kitt is loving the snow though, she bounds through it with the passion of a Canadian rabbit.

Hey, I'm posting the speech I gave at our candle lighting ceremony way back on December 9th. It was much better in person, but if you feel like reading it, it's over there on the right.

I don't really have a lot to UPDATE you on, and I don't feel all that much like writing right now any way. Sorry, I'm being very lazy today. It’s a good thing for you that I have a plan B! See, last weekend I wrote a nice long update, then forgot finish and post it! So here it is, in all of its wonderful, stale, week-old, non-finished glory. Enjoy!

-------------------------------------------------------------------

After a long week going back to school and the holidays and all, I'm relaxing. It's cold outside, I've had a couple of beers, I've spent a lot of time with Lyndz, and now I'm relaxing to a little "Dream On" by Aerosmith. Could there be a better time to write an UPDATE?

Current Music: The aforementioned Aerosmith and the rest of my rock playlist on shuffle.
Today's Random Fact: Rabbits take an average of 18 naps per day.

Did you have a good Christmas? Me too.

So yeah, I went right back to school this week. Didn’t get that long of a break at all, but the time I did have off was very nice. Lyndz is back in town and we have been fully enjoying our time together. I stopped up and saw her at work after I got off, it was very nice. I love stopping up there after work. *Lyndz's place of work name removed* is very fun, I like it there. Especially for an after work drink. And pizza, they make great pizza. She was tired though, so she went back home to her parent's place, and I came here. A couple of beers on a fairly empty stomach after a long week of school and work is all it takes for me to feel really nice, so I let The Kitt outside for a long while. Watching my dog try to run around on the icy snow covered grass is a lot of fun. It was so serene walking around with the dog; she loves it in the snow. I like it too. Then I started to think about summer, and how I like that too. Hell, I'm happy as long as it's not raining.

Sorry I'm babbling. This tends to happen after a long week with little sleep. Oh well.

Random thought: I got a pilsner (sp?) beer glass as one of my secret Santa gifts at work and I'm drinking out of it now. Drinking out of a glass is so much nicer then out of a can.

Another random thought: I have no idea how to correctly spell pilsner. Microsoft Word doesn't know either.

What'd you do for New Years? I went to my friend Michelle's house (alone, Lyndz had to work). Anywho, it was pretty fun, by the end of the night we were in the basement goofing around on the drums and guitar. Good times. Oh, I found my pictures from my poker party! They had disappeared for a while, but now they have been found. Hooray. I'll develop the others soon, and eventually I'll buy a scanner so you can see them too. Until then you'll just have to imagine all the fun.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Okay, I guess that wasn't all that great. It's time for Plan C!

So every once in a while I get on the computer and start to write an update. Then I get distracted and never finish. (see plan B) So, I was cleaning off my computer and found a couple other recent ones, so I figured, why not just post those now too? So, what follows are a couple more of those incomplete posts. Enjoy!

11/08/04
Hey everyone. Missed me? Yeah, you know you did. You know what else you missed? UPDATES!

- Current Music: The Browns are beating the Ravens 13-12.
- Today's Random Fact: No fact today, feeling sleepy.

So yeah, feeling sleepy. Even after a fun and relaxing weekend I'm still tired. And even though I'm all caught up on studying and cleaning and everything I still feel like I have more to do. I hate Sunday nights, just anticipating the upcoming week... Yuck.

Um, that's it for tonight. I'm going to watch the game try to relax.

Later, -T-

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

There used to be a button I could hit that would place the time and date automatically. I can't find that button anymore. Oh well, rather then waste the time, I'll do it on my own.

10/16/04 @ 1:30ish am

There. That's better. Now I'm going to let the dog back inside. And put some pizza in the toaster oven. But after that, I'm gonna UPDATE!

- Current Music: "That Smell" is stuck in my head. In an effort to get it out I'm playing my entire SongJam playlist on random. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles theme song is currently playing. I think the X-Men cartoon theme is after that.
- Today's Random Fact: Normally after a night of inebriation I come home and babble in UPDATE form, but then I save the document in a personal file and don't post it. Tonight I'm writing an actual UPDATE while somewhat toasted. And I'm going to post it. Scary huh?

Ooh, the Munster's theme is playing! I love this song! (Actually, it's Rob Zombie doing a cover of The Munster's theme, but it's still cool.) I'm blasting it, my neighbors are going to be pissed!

So yeah, I'm a little drunk, but not that much. I'm not that bad, I mean, I can still type pretty well, but I really want to UPDATE! Man has it been a shitty week...

It's windy as shit outside, and it keeps raining. It's so stereotypically fall weather. Wet, cold, and windy. If you imagine it, it sounds really cool, like you're on a college campus and everyone is wearing sweaters and hanging out. In reality it sucks hairy balls. Ya know why? Because it's wet, cold, and windy, that's why! This weather sucks!

My grandpa has been in the hospital for the past few days. Let me tell ya, it's a lot different when someone you know is hospitalized. I work on the other side, but when it's personal it's a whole lot different. It was a great learning experience, but I wish my granddad didn't have to go through it just for me to learn. It really sucked watching him lay in that bed. Seriously. It really sucked.

So yeah, this hasn't been the best week. You know I'm in school right? Well, this week we had class elections (for class officers, stay with me here). Anywho, I thought I had Class President locked up. Like, locked up tight. Super tight. No-doubt-about-it tight. That F-ing office was mine. I worked hard for it. I EARNED it! I bought my whole g-damn class donuts! I organized and planned three F-ing outings!!! I sleep through most of the class and I still know more then that whole room combined! They should F-ing bow down to me! And what did I get? I lost! I FUCKING LOST! I handled it well at the time, I was a gracious loser and all. But now, days later, I'm pissed! I mean, come on! WHAT THE FUCK?!? I HAD THAT LOCKED UP! WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED?!? I SHOULD BE CLASS PRESIDENT RIGHT NOW! AHHHHHHH!!!

Okay, deep breath. In… and out... Okay, I'm better. Let's move on shall we?

So yeah, I didn't get elected. That was Friday by the way. The same day that my Grandpa-pa was in the hospital. Like I said, it wasn't a good week. Oh, also this week, I had to go to the police station to file a report about this dude that called and left a message threatening me. That wasn't cool either. It wasn't that big a deal in perspective, but at the time I was pissed. Then the coward closed his cell phone account, so I couldn't call him back! What a pansy...

I'm already on Page 2 and I haven’t talked about tonight! UPDATing while tipsy leads to random UPDATES. Sorry. In all seriousness though, working full time and going to school full time sucks. It sucks ass. I daydream about my bed. All the time. If I didn't go out on Friday nights I'd go bonkers. On a totally different note, I don't recognize any of the songs on this playlist. I mean, I know them and all, but I don't remember downloading them. Hotel California performed by Reel Big Fish? I must've been really, really drunk when I downloaded that!

I cooked up my pizza like 20 minutes ago and I'm just eating it now. The dog has been drooling over it for the past 20 minutes, poor thing.

Last weekend Jason and I went out with the nursing students. I started here and pre-partied with Jameson. Then we went to the bowling alley and partied there with the students. Then we went to our pizza place and partied there. Then we went to Denny's (I got a salad with ranch, an All-American Slam, a side of fries, and a big assed chocolate milkshake. Yum.) Then we came back to my place and cooked up a pizza. Then we P.O.ed watching SouthPark. My friends, that is good times. Yes, that is good times.

Jesus Christ on a crutch. Lyndz just called, like an hour after she said she would, and now she has to call me back again! The fact that I have a long distance girlfriend sucks balls, but having a long distance girlfriend who lives in NYC and stays out until 3am really sucks big, sweaty, stinky, hairy, dangly, chafed old man balls. Seriously. It seriously sucks.

This two year old beer really isn't that bad. It's surprising. The week old pizza isn't that bad either. Cold pizza and old beer, this is turning into a very therapeutic UPDATE!

What else is going on? I already talked about the whole losing the election thing, I talked about the odd phone message thing, I talked about my grandpa being sick thing… what else? Have you guys been checking out Get Fuzzy and those other comics on the left? They're damn funny, you should check them daily. Have you kept up with The Countries list on the right? *BNR* is seriously popular all over the place! You should tell your American friends to visit so they don't feel left out! *BNR* has notoriety world-wide! We're famous baby! Famous! The movie reviews? Yeah, sorry, that section has been pretty weak. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but with school and work and all I haven't seen a lot of movies. Stay patient, that section will pick up again in the Spring. Same thing with the Classic Rants section. I haven't had a lot of time to go through the old Journal and re-post. 'Sides, I have to edit out names and stuff too, remember how those got me in trouble last time? :)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

9/20/04

Hey, uh, don't listen to Art Bell and Coast to Coast AM after drinking. It's a really bad idea, trust me.

Current Music: "In da Club" by 50
Today's Random Fact: Playing cards in India are round.

I left a whole package of chocolate cookies on my coffee table last night, when I awoke today they were gone. The Kitt ate them all. I hope she doesn't get sick, but at the same time I'm really pissed off that she ate them. Stupid dog.

Why is it that everyone I know has a sinus infection? I haven't had a sinus infection, like, ever. Seriously. So why does everyone else? Do they now blow their noses enough or what? Stop sucking that stuff in, it's gross! Blow it out! This phlegmy public service announcement has been brought to you by the Infinity G35 coupe. I saw a brand new one in NYC last weekend. Damn that is one sexy car. I want one.

Lyndz and I went to Red Lobster for endless shrimp before she went back to school. I don't make a habit of going to Red Lobster, but the endless shrimp thing is awesome! Damn did we eat a lot! I always tip the waitress well, because they have to work a lot bringing me plates of food, but damn is it good!

Um, why do they want emergency contact information on the form I fill out at the doctor's office? If I'm at the doctor's office and something bad happens to me, don't spend the time calling my mom, fix me! Be a doctor or something! Isn't that what you went to school for? Call afterwards, I'll give you the damn number when you fix me!

Cleveland drivers suck. 'Nuff said.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeah, like I said, incomplete posts. Hope you liked 'em. I'm going back to the couch to read some more. Enjoy the snow.
